Eminem is Slim Shady - that's his nickname. In his song, he calls himself "the REAL Slim Shady" because he thinks a lot of people are trying to imitate him, be like him. So he's saying, "they're all fake wanna-bes, I'm the real Slim Shady." Here's a direct quote from the song: "I'm Slim Shady, yes I'm the real Shady, all them other Slim Shadys are just imitating."
